This item gets 4 stars because honestly, it is a bit expensive for what it is. This is just a simple, soft doll. There are no bells and whistles. However, it is exactly what we wanted when we adopted our daughter. It is quite soft. The construction is good and will hold up over time. This is one I keep in the diaper bag for quiet entertainment.
