The doll is really cute and my daughter loves that she is sparkly and has a crown. She has the most adorable face of the "Barbie" sized dolls. This dress has some great details because the sleeves have little slits just like in the movie. Her hair is really beautiful and holds up well after a lot of play (instead of frizzing up). But note to buyers: You can get this for under $10 at Walmart. If you are one who refuses to shop at the evil Walmart, than I understand. But just know that this doll can be had for a lot less than what Amazon is asking. I imagine other stores have it cheaper as well.

I purchased the sparkling princess Ariel doll for my granddaughter's birthday. She is enchanted with the doll and likes to take her outside in the sunlight so she can admnire her "beautiful, shiny hair". I was a bit late ordering it, but it arrived in plenty of time for the birthday.
