Okay, so the product delivered did not match the picture. The picture showed a girl in pink hat with a pink pig and the product delivered was a girl in a yellow hat with a yellow cat. Nonetheless, it had the same effect. She's been washing that cat for weeks now and hasn't stopped, so all is good.
