Pretty doll-not the Barbies that I grew up with. Her legs don't bend at the knee and the plastic is hard and feels hollow. The dolls I had as a kid were more pliable. Perhaps they were less safe? Or are these new dolls less safe? Who knows?

New comment: Actually, my daughter got a new Barbie for Christmas and she had the bendable knees and the plastic IS more pliable. Perhaps this Teresa doll is cheaper? Maybe the brunette doesn't get the good quality stuff? Ha!

The Barbie itself is great! My daughter was so excited when it came in the mail as this was her first Barbie! But then came the disappointment.... I picked this Barbie over the others because of the matching necklaces, I knew my daughter would love having one just like her Barbie. Not only was the necklace for Barbie too big that it wouldn't stay on her but the one for my daughter broke within a day and the crown on the Barbie came broken :( Happy she finally got a Barbie but won't be ordering them online here anymore. Better luck to very one else.
