Purchased for my 5 year old Barbie enthusiast. She asked for a long time for it. Easy to put together because it easily false apart. The backdrop is nearly impossible to switch around and it is challenging to get doll attached to holder. 3+ age is ridiculous. She is 5 and it made her cry from frustration trying to play with it. I bought this as a birthday present for my 5 year old who's an avid ballerina and 'Barbie in the Pink Shoes' fan. It did not disappoint...Barbie does three full turns on her stage which is larger than I expected...her arms are a bit stiff for changes in ballet poses but I suppose they loosen up over usage. The backdrop is a bit tricky to secure as it's a little too short for the restrains at the ends of the stage curtains at the back but not such a big problem as once it's secure it more or less stays in place. Overall, a good buy.
