The dress-up tiara that came w/the Barbie is cheaply made. My daughter snapped it into pieces on the first day.

She does love the Barbie, however and we've had fun putting the pretty pink dress on all her other Barbies.

I bought this for my three year old daughter this year. I thought it was very special to get a "Happy Birthday Barbie" for her on her birthday. It is true that the accessories (pretend present and tiara) are pretty lame (broke pretty easily), but the purchase was for the doll and pretty party dress! My little girl LOVES Barbie and this one is perfect for a birthday girl.

I got this for my daughter for her fourth birthday. Sure, the dress is a little tacky and chinzy, like most of the uniform pink Barbie doll clothes Mattel has been churning out lately, but it doesn't matter to a 4 yr. old. She's sparkly and pretty, and in the mind of a little girl that's perfect. The tiara is a little disapointing, it's hard for a little girl to put on by herself. It's also a few dollars over-priced for what you get.
