My young daughter just bought one of these with her birthday money and was very disappointed. Like the other video reviewer said ( but strangely gave it 5 stars ) all it can do is move the hips if you pull the legs up and down, and turn the wig around. That's it. The wig doesn't even work well in the 'blond' position ( as the video reviewer also said ), so you may as well not bother with that feature. So my daughter was left with a doll that can't even bend at the waist to sit down seriously. She can't sit her down with her other dolls on a shelf in her room. The slight-wiggle that you can get from the doll by moving the legs up and down is the only thing she does, which is entertaining for about 1 minute. Bending over or being fun to use in any other way is out of the question. Even the accessories are rubbish, e.g. the handbag that doesn't have a loop that'll stay on the dolls hand, or can't in fact be held in any way whatsoever. It's just a lump of plastic that the doll can never interact with. My daughter was very disappointed in this when she got home, and wanted to know if she could get her money back ( was bought from Toys R U ) but we didn't think they'd agree, since it doesn what it says on the box, but just doesn't do the normal doll functions like being able to sit in a toy chair. I told her I'd put a review here to help other girls not waste money on this. Go ahead and watch the review the other user posted even there you get to see the limitations. That's $20 my daughter won't see again, but at least she learnt a life lesson about not impulse buying like that. Sigh. Hey, maybe your daughter will like it, but at least you know what to expect...

My daughter loves liv dolls more then barbies. She was excited when these new dancing ones came out. She was disappointed when she got it because the dance action is just a twisting action and the doll doesnt bend. It can't sit down. It is a very frustrating doll for her to play with. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because at least it came with a cool reversable wig that she could use on other live dolls as well as a few acesssories. If you buy this doll buy it only for the outfit, accessories and wig and plan on the doll just standing on the shelf.

i origianlly only bought this doll because i love the outfit wig and accessories. but the doll itself os HORRIBLE. the legs cant sit tje knees dont bend and the wig is only looks good on the pink side. the blonde side i dont y but it womt go down. it looks like the grudges hair, it covers her face. not anything like the pixs and the black bows on her ankles r NOT included. only buy this for the outfit and accessories.

The dolls themselves are useless to me because their bodies do not sit. There isn't really a benefit to them other than the full outfit. If you can get them for a couple of bucks it's so worth the investment, otherwise pass it up.
