My newborn "bought" his 5 year old sister a rosy cheek "big sister" doll when he came home from the hospital. This outfit is for the North American Bear Company Big Sister doll. It is very cute and appears to be good quality. My daughter, 3, who takes dance, loves to dress her doll for dance class, as well. I love these dolls and their clothes! The dolls' soft skin is so much easier for little fingers to dress and undress.
