My five year old daughter got this for Christmas and was so excited to open it. But the hair is like one big ball of nest after you take all the packaging off. The picture makes the hair look soft and straight, but there is TOO MUCH hair for such a little head! So when we started to brush it, the hair got more tangles and started to come out!

I had to wash the doll head, douse it with a BOTTLE of conditioner, come it through, and then cut off all the wiry, tangled ends. By then my daughter had lost interest.

Needless to say the doll head is now drying in the sun, an entire 6 inches shorter, and hopefully detangled!!

If I wasn't there to help her, there would have been no way my child could have brushed and styled her hair on her own.

This was the worst. I wish I could get my money back. As soon as my girls opened the box they too off the rubber bands and that's all she wrote. Day 1 it was a hot tangled mess. I tried to sit down on Day 2 and comb through it so that she could do the hair coloring (which was not very bright at all) and the comb couldn't go through the hair. I should have listened to the reviews. So it cost me.

My daughter was excited when she received this and immediately started to color and play with her hair but could not get the hair to detangle after rinsing out the color after the first time. Each time she played and rinsed it out it got worse and worse. Conditioner couldn't help. Had to throw it out after 3 uses. Don't waste your money.
