This collection of dolls and clothes is fantastic! My daughter is almost 3 and LOVES it! She is not into barbie's yet and polly pockets are to small and too hard to dress. This doll is just her size and she has so much fun dressing her. She plays with her all of the time!

My daughter adores this doll. From the moment we took it out of the packaging, it hasn't left her side. She loves the fact that she can dress the doll herself, without needing my help to pull on shirts or bottoms on/off. The doll comes with 3 interchangeable shirts and bottoms so she can mix and match different outfits, which she really enjoys. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a bit of wiggling to line up the pegs on the clothes with the holes on the doll. All in all, for $10 it's good buy, especially with extra outfits available for only another $6 or so.

I originally came across these dolls at Target and bought two of them (Elena and Erika) plus the birthday, rainy day and bedtime sets for my daughter's second birthday. She absolutely ADORES them! Until then she didn't shown much interest in dolls. As soon as she opened these she was hooked! She is really into puzzles and games and the way the clothes snap onto the doll is very puzzle-like. They are so easy for her to put on and take off she doesn't get frustrated. She carries her dolls all over the house and spends hours changing their clothes and accessories.

To tell the truth, when I first saw them I wasn't keen on the fact that the clothes only go on the front of the doll. (Honestly, their hair is so long in the back you don't really see it.) When I came to my senses and realized that was MY hangup and my daughter wouldn't even notice this, I bought them. I am so glad I did! I plan to get her the rest of the girls plus the clothing sets because I know she will play with them all the time. I have decided not to get the wardrobe, though, based on the less-than-glowing reviews.

I noticed other reviewers mentioned that some of the pieces don't snap on tight enough. We have one piece that slips off easier than the others. If I found it to be a real problem I would contact Fisher Price, but it seems to be okay. Also, I saw a review where the person mentioned that when the arms move the clothes don't so they pop off. True, but my daughter doesn't seem to care. She either straightens the arms and puts the shirt back on, or leaves it off and continues to move the arms. Problem solved.

I've decided that this is going to be my new "two-year old" gift for my baby nieces! I already plan to purchase a pair for my older niece who is going to be three. My sister told me that even though she has quite a few dolls, she feels sorry for her when she struggles to dress them. These dolls should help with that.

Note: If your two-year old is like my daughter she has always been the type of kid that sticks stuff in her mouth you still have to be careful about toys with small parts. In addition, we have a 10 month old, so 2X the mouths = 2X the vigilance! I was thrilled that there are no little pieces for them to put in their mouths. It seems to me that a lot of toys my daughter is ready for developmentally at this age are rated for 3 years and up and have at least a few small parts. I've been really happy with these dolls as well as the Little People sets we've purchased. (Way to go Fisher Price!)

Good as advertised. I read on another review that the doll clothes attach by magnets, they do not. The doll clothes snap in place by tension and small rounded pegs which snap into corresponding holes on the doll body.

Cons:

When moving the dolls arms, the doll's snap on top can dislodge. Snap on clothes only cover the front of the doll; the rear of the doll and it's painted on underwear is still visible.

My daughter Love these dolls I bought them last xmas when she was 3, she took them everywhere doctor's office, salon even for show and tell. Kids are fascinated with the different outfits you have to get the ballerina outfit and the raingear a must have, they even have halloween outfits how cute. She even played with them today, she had a tea party with the girls (Themina & Erika Snap&Style).
