Doll Clothes for American Girl 18 Inch Dolls, Princess Sports Suit This outfit was absolutely Stunning for my doll. I have a Ashton Drake Collectable Doll who I believe has been retired. Her name is "Nina" and she is a Baby Doll of 16" But this outfit fit great. My doll can talk, giggle, turn her head and has wonderful soft eyes that open and close. She has real hair that is not the best and not much of it. It is a brunette with red tint. I see she now has a new "Twin Brother" that can do the exact same things she can and a "Twin Sister" too. I am not sure if I like this or not. I am considering getting her "Twin Brother" but I don't want another girl exactly like her just in a different color suit. I am sorry they have retired her and decided to make two new doll just like her. I did not know they could do that? Oh well back to this lovely outifit I purchased from "The Queens Treasures."
It is "Hot Pink" and looks so sporty and trendy. It is the prettiest thing she has ever worn and it make her look more real and cute. I am so glad I purchased this suit and that it was on sale. I am sure I would not have bought it at the regular price, just because I do not spend that much money on her. But, I am glad I bought this one and I wanted the lovely light blue coat set that is no longer available. I wish I had gotten it at the same time I got this one. My wish list is really growing since I have found the beautiful clothes for my doll.
My Nina is so sweet and I have her in a child's rocking chair that I bought when my sweet and adorable granddaughter was small. She is now a lovely young lady. Nina is sitting in it in the foyer and when people come in, she is the first thing they will see. I am sure they will not recognize her all dressed up and looking older and so precious. She looks like a different doll. It is amazing how they can change the looks with a new outfit and can go from infant baby to an older child.
This out fit is made as well as anything I could buy for myself and is so easy to put on her. I love the Velcro in the back for the white shirt that looks so great. Also, the nice zipper for the jacket works well and looks so neat. And I was pleased with the wonderful quality of the material that was used. It is very nice and looks like adult clothing. It is not tacky or cheap doll clothes. I must say that I was surprised it was a bit"snug" on her since she is only 16". However, she is a chubby baby and her legs are not straight and I am sure this is why it fit just perfectly. If it had been a tad smaller, it would have been too small. But, the sewing and material is outstanding and I am very pleased with this outfit. I would say they fit dolls from 16" to 18".
I definitely recommend this "Class Act" outfit for anyone with a nice doll they want to look so trendy. This pretty little suit looks just like something I would buy for myself and it is made just as well. I wish I could get a picture of my Nina to show how she has been transformed from the little infant baby to a precious little girl. It is truly amazing how this beautiful outfit transformed her looks. I will buy more from this seller. Her clothes should be considered "Designer Clothing" for Dolls 16" to 18" If you had any doubts about this outfit, you don't need to worry, it the first class. it comes with a hanger too. This company is very professional and I love all the outfits. Wish I could buy several more. I am not used to changing her clothes but this may change my thinking and I can have the baby doll that came in her hospital pink two piece outfit and now has been transformed into a sexy little young lady. Wow! What a difference an outfit makes! My sincere thanks to "The Queens Treasures" who made this outstanding outfit and sent it promptly.
