Review of Barbie Design and Dress Studio Doll

I bought this set for my daughter's 8th birthday she loves it! I comes with 4 dresses, and 3 pens, 2 stencils and a small pack of stickers as well as a new doll. She took to it right away and we will likely need to get refill packs soon -

I encouraged her to try her designs on paper before the dress to help her plan it out. Also -

I am not sure if its explained, but after you tear the dress from the paper that surrounds them, turn them inside out the marker designs go through the dress, so you can see it (just avoid words or write them in mirror image) and place stickers on AFTER you turn inside out the dress fits better that way.

I choose this rating because it combines a Barbie doll & clothes to design. It's good for a child's creative side.

The refil set was nice, except it was hard to remove the dresses from their packaging. A child could not do this alone, without damaging the dresses. I also feel it needed to contain more than 3 markers, with a wider variety of colors & more accessories for decoration. My granddaughter, age 6, loved it.
