I got this for my daughter's 9th birthday. She got an american girl doll for her 8th birthday, but I refuse to pay $40 for an outfit from the American Girl brand, my own clothes don't even cost that much. This outfit was high quality, and best of all it fit the American Girl Doll perfectly. My only complaint is that the skirt is a little short, but we had some doll leggings laying around and fixed the problem easily (at least until summer when we don't need leggings anymore). Good value, good fit, I would highly recommend it.

I thought I had avoided the Amercian Doll insanity with my 10yo daughter, but then my boss purchased one for her for Christmas. So naturally, as is the order of things in life, my daughter mentioned that "Nicole" was getting bored wearing the jeans and tee shirt she came with. So we went on the AG website and quite frankly the clothes I buy for my human daughter are cheaper. Off to Amazon to the rescue! Nice outfit and the price is much less than AG clothing and it has quelled my daughter's and apparantly "Nicole's" need for varity for the moment. I would purchase from this seller again. My only minor complaint would be...I dont allow my daughter to wear short skirts so I wish more of the outfits werent so..hmmm. Toddlers and Tiaras comes to mind.

I have bought several 18 inch doll outfits for my granddaughters AG doll. The clothes are worth the price and my granddaughter loves them! AG doll clothes cost so much and this is a much better alternative.
