Even though I am a Breyers collector and dont play with my models often, I found this toy very durable and amazingly fun!Its very realistic, and every horse lover should have it!It teaches children the atonamy of the horse, and they can re-create their favorite scenes!If they buy Rain along with Spirit, it doubles the fun, and they look priceless on any collectors shelf, or any childs room! Believe me, I have them, so I know!^_^

We bought the Breyer set of horses Spirit & Family which includes Rain and a baby horse from Walmart and my 2 yr. old daughter loves them. I try to get her not to play too hard with them because I'm afraid the legs could break but so far so good. They look just like the horses in the movie. My daughter is happy with them therefore we are happy with them!

I bought this for my daughter when the movie came out and when the breyers were first made of Spirit. My daugfhter is now 13 and still talks about it all the time. She say this is a beutiful breyer. I love how when i bought her thiss breyer that it got her inspired to love horses. Now she has a real live horse of her own. She still watches the spirit movie and wishes they would make a spirit 2. She has always said that spirit will always be her favorite breyer and movie. I love the product it mold is gorgeose and the colors are perfect. This breyer may have been expensive but it is wellvworth the money.

She has other breyers but every one she gets has never changed her mind about spirit being her favorite. She has taken care of her spirit breyer, it has never been out of the box. She says she will never sell it and will never take it out of the box because she does not want to mess up thee beutty of this breyer.

I am fourteen years old, and I have been collecting and showing Breyer Model Horses since the age of two. I have 70 Classics (some are even my mothers when she was a little girl in the 1940s-1950s)and only 30 Traditionals (well, now 31 Traditionals) As you can probably already see, I am not much of a Traditional collector, but, WOW!..this horse Spirit is a beaut! He is perfect in every way, and looks exactly like the one from the movie! He is a light golden buckskin Kiger Mustang stallion. The only teeny, tiny,insignificant problem that I have with this model is...why the cartoony eyes and eyebrows? This is just my opinion, but, I think Spirit would look even more beautiful with real horse eyes (like the Spirit Classics sets that I already have) or Breyer Padre's eyes for example??? The eyebrows just make poor Spirit look more human than animal. Anyways...this is an excellent model for the older horse collector (11yrs and up)
