I got this doll for my daughter after she had a very traumatic experience getting her flu shot this fall. She spent weeks after Christmas pretending to give all of her animal friends and dolls shots, taking their temperature, comforting them and giving them bandaids. The doll, who she simply calls Baby, is soft and nice to carry and is probably her favorite doll to snuggle. Today Baby came with us to the doctor's office and made things so much easier, since she was kind enough to get her shots first and show that it wasn't as scary. Recommended.

Best part? I still haven't installed any batteries. I'm sure it's even more fun with that feature.

My 5yr old has always preferred smaller softer plushes or characters to dolls. For her 3rd birthday I gave my little girl a Baby Anabelle and to this day, as much as *I* enjoy the doll, she doesn't give it much play time. Baby Chou Chou however has been, to my delight, a fantastic exception. Chou Chou was a $12 Christmas gift from Amazon. It was an incredible deal. The second she took the doll out she loved it. Chou Chou has a cuteness factor that some of the other baby dolls are missing. She has really chubby cheeks that glow when she gets a "temperature" and a soft heartbeat activated by softly pressing her chest with or without the stethoscope. Her cry is not annoying like other baby dolls. It's actually really cute producing the inevitable "Aw" Built like traditional baby dolls with a very soft cloth body and plastic head,hands and feet, she's extremely huggable and much lighter than most Anabelle's or other Chou Chou's. Her various functions are easy to activate but not so easy that she keeps accidentally crying or laughing when you don't want her to. An adorable doll overall! I recommend this version of Chou Chou to everyone. You won't be disappointed!

I bought this toy for my 3 and 5 year old girls. They have only had them for 1 week and seem to enjoy playing with them. Their favorite part is the band aids which are reusable since they are made of material and velcro. The stethoscope does not impress me since it is all plastic with no sound features. When giving medicine baby makes a slurping sound and the glowing cheeks are cute. Doll is a nice size and soft for holding. I am happy with this purchase overall.

This doll is adorable. The doll teaches your child that if they are sick that you need to make them better. I'm become a early grandma with having to babysit this doll. It seems like a real doll. It does have some small pieces, so not for small children.

I bought this doll as a last minute gift for Christmas and I am very pleased. She does everything the advertisement says and keeps my daughter's attention for long periods of time. You can make her cry and when she does, her cheeks turn red. She stops crying once she gets the pacifier in her mouth. She also laughs and giggles. She is very durable (my daughter has dropped her countless times and she has fallen off the tricycle a few times and has been run over...) and also cute. Excellent first doll.
