It's difficult to see a doll's face online. I love the idea of different heads for one doll body, so I'm collecting all the hair colors. I chose this one for the hair, but when I got it, I was a bit less enchanted by the head-face. It wasn't as pretty as I had come to expect.
I wish the heads had a little more variety in expression or face type as well as a different color and style of hair. They could make swappin' heads for a long time and I'd be happy. I restyled the hair on this one. The plastic decorations are easy to remove, but once removed it would be hard to get it back on. The ones I've handled are attached with clear elastic. But I buy them to play with (I'm a collector, not a kid) so I don't intend to put the plastic decorations back on. I may start customizing these heads.
As an aside, I really like the articulated fashionista body that these heads go on. The body is delicate and holds poses well.
Lots of fun!The "swappin" styles are sometimes hard to find in the stores so when I came across this for my daughter I knew this was a must buy! If you are familiar with the "swappin" concept you can easily remove the heads of the Barbie and insert another head. Sounds fun huh? Well don't worry about them breaking because its a simple press of the button and release
