I bought this thinking I could use it as a bookshelf with a couple of rooms set aside for dollhouse furniture, but it works so well as a dollhouse, I purchased more furniture and made it into a complete dollhouse. My granddaughters are completely captivated with it. I particularly love the attic room (the roof opens out) where you can store extras. This dollhouse is big enough, but doesn't take up an inordinate amount of space.

This is so adorable in my 8 months old daughters room, but buyers beware. The shelves are not that tall, so it doesn't fit some of her books and toys. Just make sure you look at the dimensions before you buy.Best Deals for KidKraft Dollhouse Bookcase

It is very cute, but very poor quality. I wish I bought something else instead. I don't think it will last, pieces barely hold to each other, since there is no screws, but only short wood sticks to connect it.pretty disapointing. Perfect size for our 2 year old. Secret compartment on the top shelf which our daughter loves. Her room is a purple theme and the colors go great with it.
