My granddaughter loves dressing and undressing her American Girl doll with this nightgown. Since she is a little young (5) the doll, I felt that it would be easier to dress the doll in a nightgown rather than pajamas. She still needs a little help but it's definitely less frustrating for her. The material is good, the design of the fabric is adorable, and the gathering at the bottom gives the gown an authentic touch.

As Christmas gifts I purchased two nightgowns for my two grandaughters for their dolls. I was disappointed in the fabric. The fabric appears prettier in the photo. It is actually rather washed out looking---very pale print. The gowns are not cheap, and I thought a prettier better quality fabric could have been used. On the upside, the gowns do go easily on and off of the dolls and the children are able to take them on and off themsleves.

This is very pretty and well made. My granddaughter's doll, Caroline,, wears it night and day only changing for special occasions such as my granddaughter's fifth birthday party.

Update: I paid $14.95 for it and the price I see has gone down an even better deal now. Wish there were a matching nightgown for my granddaughter.
