Although this wardrobe is quite pretty, it is not practical for storing doll clothes. This wardrobe is supposed to hang clothes meant for 18" dolls. The majority of doll outfits my daughter owns are for her American Girl (18" doll), so I thought this would work well. However, the outfits do not fit. I should have just returned the item after we received the first one that came with a door that could not align, instead of exchanging for a new one.

This is a darling cabinet for doll clothes. When put together, which is easy, it is sturdy. Very nice item for a gift.

I got this for my six-year-old daughter for her American Girl doll clothes. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a little short for the longer dresses, but it's not a big deal. It's so pretty and holds a good amount of clothes. I highly recommend this wardrobe!

The closet had predrilled holes that did not match up for the door hinges, inadequate screws, and shoddy oversight in production. We have a reasonably well-constructed doll closet due to the patience of my husband and many trips to the hardware store.
