I bought this dollhouse for my daughter from Wal-Mart 3 and 1/2 years ago for $50. It came with the family members, outside (on house) decor, and a few basic rooms such as the parent's room and child's room, the baby's room, and a bathroom, I think. I have bought others separately from the Basic, Deluxe, and Premium levels (also from Wal-Mart)... they range in price from $8 to $17. I may have spent almost $300 on all the room decors in the different levels as well as several packages of family members. My daughter has played with it since her 4th birthday and her 7th is coming up. The product is VERY durable (she's quite destructive and it's withstood her). It has easy storage as it folds into itself and contains a storage area at the bottom that will hold the smaller objects when you fold it up and raise the extending floor. I always wanted a dollhouse as a child, and I'm glad she enjoys hers so much. She constantly changes the rooms around and she is able to be creative and express what she has learned about families during play (socially educational). The dolls are also very durable... Barbies don't last with my daughter but these dolls do. There are no small parts to worry about. Any item that could be a choking hazard are attached by a string. I definitely recommend this product.

Bought this at Toys r Us (not online) for $150 in mid December. It is still online at that price. The house is absolutely PACKED with furniture and accessories. It is a wonderful value and the furniture is really nicely detailed with fabric, throw pillows, playfood, and just too much to mention. The pretty patterned fabrics were a surprise. The house was almost completely assembled and has lots of windows and doors that open as well as fabric awnings, and window treatments! My 3 yr old was almost scared to touch it at first because it is so completely packed with furniture, but once she noticed that a few of the pieces light up and make sounds, she was hooked. Now the rooms have beem "redecorated" by her several times over. She plays with it for hours. We've left her older sisters fisher price dollhouse at the curb already, since it had very little furniture and was not this detailed. Get to toys r us before they sell out! I wish I had one of these when I was growing up.
