My 4 year old got this doll as a Christmas gift from her grandmother. She likes Dora and dolls well enough but is not obsessed with either, and yet this doll really seemed to click with her for some reason. One thing that is not readilly evident from the description is the fact that under the clothes a pink swimsuit is painted on the doll's body. She was so excited to discover this and take Dora in the tub with her. The doll's hair is really brushable, more so than Barbie's, for example, and my daughter also likes that the shoes come on and off easily and yet stay on well. All in all, it's just a nice little doll that a little girl can enjoy.

My neice is turning 4 and she loves DORA! I cant be there for the party so I ordered this and had it shipped to her as a gift! She was so excited to get something in the mail to open and even more excited about this doll!!!! She loves how soft her hair is and that she can brush it. And also the painted on pink bikini she has on under neath so she can take her in the tub! Arrived 3 days before estimated delivery time! Very satisfied with purchase!!!! A++++

As always, my daughter loves Dora so I was in market for a good doll with soft plush toy. However, when I received this product is made of plastic that also low quality. But, my daughter loves it anyway. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

The Dora doll is adorable! We don't have it out of the plastic yet since it is a Christmas present for my granddaugher. It is much smaller than I thought it would be, but it will fit great in 3 1/2 year old hands. The doll we received didn't have the painted on bathing suit under her school clothes as some customer's reported theirs having (wasn't listed in description but after reading the reviews I was anxious for the swim suit) but it is still a great doll. Hair is definitely much softer and I can see where it will be more manageable than a barbie. The price is low and the item is really cute!
