I just bought this toy from target and the heads keeps coming off, they snap back in but fall right off again, my daughter LOVES sofia but isn't interested in this toy at all cause of how annoying it is and she's only 3. it seems like all the sofia toys were rushed and just not made durable at all.

The heads come off and they fall off the chair. My daughter was so happy when she saw it and went to play with it. Sofia's head came off and then she realized they do not stay seated in the chair. I agree with all the other one star reviews. I purchased this for my granddaughter who is 3 and she was excited to play with it for about 10 minutes. The dolls can't sit in the chairs (they slide right off) or stand up on their own. The dolls are cheaply made as well as the rest of the tea set. The dolls heads have not come off yet but she hasn't pulled on them. I was trying to assist my granddaughter in trying to make the dolls sit in their chairs and I notice how loose their heads were. I'm giving it a three because it is played with ;) Quality is more a 2. The dolls heads come off so easily, and I've never seen them actually sitting on the chairs as shown in the photo...and I've even tried to place them. It's a cute set that she, 5yr old, will probably play with for maybe a year, either pieces will break or it will become too young. My daughter really enjoys Sofia the First on Disney JR. along with Doc McStuffins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and the Backyardigans are her favorite shows. Disney has always been able to capitalize on a marketing idea and has teamed up with Mattel to create a line of Sofia toys. Unfortunately, a few of the toys have fallen short when combined with the Sofia Magical Castle many of the characters use the wrong voice.
Notes-
Comes with Sofia and Jade both characters are designed to work with the Sofia the First Magical Talking Castle
Sofia and Jade can stand on carpet, but just barely. They work better if they are standing on a hard surface or inside the Magical Talking Castle
Come with two tea cups, a tray of cookies, and a teapot these accessories are very small so you will want to keep them away from children under 3
Neither Sofia nor Jade can sit in the chairs my daughter simply has them stand in the chairs.
Like some of the other Sofia toys if you are not careful both Sofia and Jade's heads can pop off.
Final Verdict The Sofia the First Royal Tea Party is a fun set for Sofia fans. It has a few flaws, but most Sofia fans will enjoy imaging Sofia and Jade having a Royal Tea Party
