Since Amazon did not have a picture shown I was curious to see if this was a full size or mini Barbie so I went ahead and ordered her. She is the full size Barbie. She is caucasian with long curly blonde hair and a crown on her head. Her dress is pink and her arms are jointed so she can pose in various dance moves. However, no stand or other accessories are included. Still a great deal at $7.99, but Amazon also has the version of this doll that has a spinning skirt that lights up. I would recommend the other version if you can find it.

I didn't realize that this doll was not the one pictured before I bought it. Our only real disappointment was that Twila the kitten was not included, but other than that we are very pleased, the other Genevieve doll offered, that has the spinning dress, has the dress permanently attached to the doll so I prefer this one, I feel she'll hold interest longer. She also has the hinged elbows like the reviewer before mentioned, they do not make for the prettiest arms but they are able to pose in proper ballet form. The other minimal difference is that her dress bodice is a solid pink as opposed to the detail in the other doll but overall it's still a very good deal.

When my dance teacher retired, I gave my doll to her. I think I'm pretty pretty stupid for doing that because there is NO WAY my mom will by me another one 4 $74.00!

My 3 year old just discovered the Barbie in 12 Dancing Princesses and liked this doll. It isn't her favorite, but it is a decent representation of the Barbie in the movie. The movement of the arms is a nice touch.

Princess Genevieve is delightful. She's everything a little girl would delight in. She dances, has lovely hair with a tiara, and moves gracefully from the castle to the dance floor.
