I must say, I keep hearing how this doll is stolen by the Bratz kids, but to tell you the truth, I would rather my girls play with this Teen Trends doll, than those nasty looking Bratz dolls. This doll is bigger than Bratz dolls and clothing can be purchased for these dolls on this same website. This doll to me, is more like an American Girl doll, with the same type of style, but cost less. It's more clean-cut and cuter than the Bratz 'bratty' look. This doll is sturdy, and easier to dress. They are well made, without the 'attutude' of the Bratz dolls, or Diva dolls. I think these dolls are going to be a welcomed addition to any girl who truly loves playing with dolls. Great for any age, as it is well made. Thanks for this new trendy doll, my daughter who is almost eleven, loves it. For those who think the company is stealing Kianna's name, look again, the Bratz doll is Fianna, and doesn't even resemble this doll one bit.

Wow, what a doll! Kianna is gorgeous and comes with highly detailed fashionable clothes. She also come with a doll stand, cool carrying case, purse and lots of accessories. This is my first "large" doll (I collect fashion dolls) and I think she is wonderful!

Best Deals for Teen Trends Kianna Doll

I am a fashion doll collector, and have many brands of dolls. These Teen Trends are worth the price. I love the size of them. Kianna's punk style is so cool; she has clothes I wore when I was a teen. I've not seen ankle-zip jeans like hers in many years, and was just thrilled to see them(with real zips!) on her. I LOVE here theme colours, face paint, and beautiful thick hair with the zig-zag parting. She, her clothes, and her accessories are quite well made, and very detailed. I cannot wait to get her party outfit. It's just like the ones we wore :) Her box/cupboard looks pretty cool, too.

I do have a few small issues, though. I'm not fond of the joints on this doll cos they are so ugly. If you cover them up, it's OK I guess. I wish they'd make versions of these dolls without the hideous robo-joints, though. Also, Mattel PLEASE stop putting so much gunk in the dolls' hair. It is so stiff, and needs to be washed out more than once before you can style it. And Lastly, the velcro on her cupboard keeps coming off; imbedded magnets would have been a better choice. Other than that, I LOVE these dolls. If you remember the Hot Looks dolls of the 80s, these are very direct descendants :)

I give the doll 4 stars and the packaging 1. I purchased this doll to use as a model for drawings. I chose it because of its jointed elbows and knees which means it can be placed in realistic poses. The doll is fine, and does just what I need. However, the packaging is another story. I all but destroyed the clothing and hair in removing the doll from her box. The hair was sewn to the box and there are so many plastic ties used to hold the clothing in place, they cannot be safely removed. Safely meaning without damage. I am unhappy about paying what is being charged for this doll and being unable to unpackage it without damaging its hair and clothing. No, Mattel won't replace the clothing, although they offered to replace the doll with another one so it too could be destroyed in unpacking. The packaging on the Kianna I purchased was not an exception. I recently bought a used Courtney doll, and found the same number of ties holding her clothing together. She had been removed from her box but one arm was and is still fastened to her leg by ties holding her sleeve to the belt on her pants. This is a nice doll, with great looking accessories and pets. However, the packaging is terrible, and the doll is over-priced for the way it is being marketed.

A warning, if you plan to purchase this doll and add additional clothing accessories over time: retailers and Mattel may be abandoning this doll and her accessories because accessories are increasing unavailable from on-line sources, and if you live in a smaller town, as I do, on-line is the only source around.

This doll is wonderful. She is classy, it is easy to change her outfits -and she has a wardrobe. Sewing is a dream, especially for those who don't like to work on the smaller garmets.

My little friend loves her doll. She keeps Kianna in the great box that she comes it -and this truly is an excellent way to store and protect her treasure.

This beauty will be around for a long time -the doll is a total success.
