I bought this for my daughter who is now 3 years old. Her younger sister kept stealing it, and causing tears and tantrums. I purchased a second doll (in different clothing, so as not to get confused.) Now I have two happy girls who love their "babies." They are sturdy and a good size for carrying around all over the house. Plus, because the clothing is part of the body, no more naked babies to drag all over town. Despite the recommendation to surface clean only, I have thrown this doll into the washing machine and line-dried it, and it looks good as new.

2 year old daughter just got this toy for her birthday and loves it. She carries it everywhere. Wish the outfit was a little darker to hold stains from the outdoors, but other than that. No complaints.

This doll has gone through the wash and been dragged everywhere and anywhere. It has held up extremely well and is easily a favorite. My daughter will not put it down. I purchased a second one to have 'on hand' for when this one eventually kicks it.
