The Trundle Day bed is perfect for my daughters American Girl Dolls, but we had it shipped oversees and it arrived damaged. I had to hot glue several pieces back on. I'm not sure if that was due to the re-packaging during customs clearance or if it wasn't properly packed in the first place. The first bed I received was badly damaged. It only contained bubble wrap and a very abused box that was used several times. Sent that one back. Amazon gave me free next day shipping for the next one since I returned the first. That one came in a slightly better box.....opened it and another damaged bed. The front top curved pieces break off easily, which only one side did on the second bed. Had to super glue it. By the way, I think it's made out of pressed particle board. I'm disappointed that I paid $80 bucks for it and I can't get a undamaged, decently packaged product. I don't think this is by fault of amazon packing but the distributor who makes the bed. I'm on the fence as to sent it back and get a refund. Already sent one back. It's a really cute bed and I know my daughter will love it for her dolls, but is it worth what I get?
