I bought this for my daughter to use on her American Girl doll when she broke her leg. I was concerned it wouldn't fit but it fits just fine. Someone else ending up buying her the American Girl brand cast set (it comes with leg cast, arm cast, ace bandage, crutches, stickers, finger splint, and an ice pack so is much for expensive) and I think the My Twinn works better for the doll than the one meant for her. This one stays on better (the AG brand doesn't latch very well and falls off if moved around too much) but is harder for my daughter (4 yrs old) to get on and off by herself. I also liked that I could get only the leg cast as I didn't really need the rest of the items included with the AG brand.

I love it. One thing I suggest is not leaving it on the ground if you step on the pannel it breaks. I looked on americangirldoll.com and I found that this one is much cheaper than thiers and it is nicer.

My granddaughters both love their American Girl Dolls, and the oldest one has Mc Kenna, and she was evidently involved in a gymnastics accident, and needed a cast, so what a perfect gift this is.

This is a very sturdy product. It is a little difficult at first for my 7 year old to open and close, but now she can do it easily. The stickers do not stay on well at all, but not a big deal. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
