I purchased this for my daughter to use after her brush from American Girl broke. The brissels kept coming untucked (for lack of a better description). Needless to say, her dolls hair was unruley! This brush is a hit for several reasons: 1 It is pink! Enough said! 2) It feels more sturdy than our AG brush and 3) It has held up nicely so far.

I would def get one again!

We ordered this hairbrush for an American Girl doll's hair as an alternative the one from American Girl. The price was better as was the shipping. But "Large Pink Hairbrush" = only 2 of those 3 words. It measures barely 3" in total. There is no real handle or spine to the brush. It is clearly NOT what's in the photo. It was more hassle to request a replacement given my 3 year old attachment to the brush, but otherwise, don't waste your money.

After reading some reviews I was worried about this brush being too small. Turns out its the perfect size for my six year old daughter to use on her American Girl doll's hair. And it's a fine size for me to use also.

Okay, anyone who has ever had a kid in the house with a doll knows the torment of the floofy tangled hair. This was our problem. Granddaughter got an American Girl Doll but alas, no brush. In a week Saige (the doll) looked like a crazed heathen with her hair all tangled. Saw this brush and decided to take the plunge with this one instead of the American Girl brush. I am very satisfied.

The price is very reasonable when compared with the price of AG brush. Very sturdy plastic handle easily fits the 6 year old's hand as well as mine. No tiny brush here. The size of the AG brush is small since it is most likely made for a child's hand. The bristles are all metal and comb through the tangle very well. And the best part of it all, according to my granddaugher, IT IS PINK AND SPARKLY!!!! LOL

I highly recommend this brush.

This brush has worked wonders on our Target brand American Girl dolls. We have had it for a year and it has held up great. I would recommend it to other parents trying to find something for their daughter's doll.
