I bought this Barbie toy for my 5 year-old daughter (and yeah, maybe for me, too!) and we have been having fun playing with the bus with her Beach Fun Barbies. The sounds the bus makes are the horn on the steering wheel, the microwave oven and the flashing lights and music for the "hot tub". My daughter gets a kick out of pushing the button to change the music for the tub, which also makes "jacuzzi" water sounds. The only thing we don't like about the content of the bus is dealing with the fold out couch-to-bed setup. The thing falls apart every time we try to set it up or fold it for storage. Otherwise, the bus has alot of detail and fun accessories. I think we'll be playing with it for quite a few years.

My husband and I bought this for our daughter who is 4 and 1/2 and she absolutely loves it and it keeps her busy for hours. The only problem is everything falls apart all the time. The concept of the party bus is great but they need to modify it's design substantially. Everything comes apart. The kitchen table does not remain attached and also the second bed or sofabed falls apart constantly that we took it out and the bathroom doors fall off as well. Who knows maybe ours is just defective. It is not worth the money but worth your child's fulfillment.

My daughter received this bus for her 6th birthday...she loves it...except when she tries to make it move...its very hard for her to push and almost every time she opens it something falls off. Yes an easy fix...but frustrating to her because she has to stop play mode and either get me, her dad or her brother. Other than that its great...

Girls love the RV. As with other Barbie "stuff", attachments detach almost too easily. Parts are always spread about and just a little complicated to put back together.

Got this for my daughters 8 year birthday. I opened this to get it ready (i.e. put in batteries,apply stickers,check for quality)for my daughters birthday this weekend, because of all the negative reviews I wanted to check it out before I gave it to her. Well to my amazement, its awesome! Everything is right there and you can fold it up and put it away, no big dollhouse mess, no fifty million little pieces...It's all connected and folds up into one piece. I can't wait to pretend its an RV and take her little Barbie family to a pretend camp ground and set up shop. Now only two people can fit in the front chairs which by the way turn around completely so that you can use them as chairs in the living room also. So cool! There is a bunk bed also so you could have sleepovers! Don't forget the pretend pool birthday parties complete with music for those Kelly dolls!

The only negative I would say is that couch/bed thing which is poorly made. I will be calling Mattel for replacement piece.

I would not recommend for a child under at least 7. I noticed my daughter within this past year has gotten more gentler with her things. This is for the advanced Barbie player that is into setting up the smaller pieces just perfect. (Ladies you remember those days) This is definetly not for the younger girls just getting into Barbie with rougher hands for those I would recommend a wooden doll house that is much sturdier. WE have been through all differant kinds of dollhouses for every differant stage and I can honestly speak from experience. This is a pretty good piece for my daughters age and I believe will get lots of playtime!
