I purchased this from Amazon because Amazon's price was better than other retailers, plus, I got free shipping. The doll's body is made of cloth. Only the arms, legs, and head are of vinyl. I had purchased some 14" clothes for it, but they were on the large size. My estimate is that 12" baby doll clothes would fit this doll better. It has a very cute face. When I purchased the doll, it was under $11. It's probably a better deal than you get with most baby dolls at that price. But it did come scented. The scent fills the entire room. It was a relatively pleasant scent, but if that is an issue for you, you might look for a Little Mommy doll that isn't scented.

I love this doll. It will be a gift for my daughter's 1st birthday. Soft body, hard arms, legs and head. And removable clothes. Exactly what I thought I wanted. The only issue is that this doll is as bald as a cue ball under the flower. The other dolls of this brand all have the plastic sculpted "hair" this one doesn't even have that. Just a smooth round head.
