This was exactly what my daughter needed, she LOVES Belle and the infamous yellow ball gown she wears on almost every other doll is not her signature look in the movie. This is the Belle my daughter relates to and it comes with three of her friends from the castle which we both love!! Most princesses come with shoes that get lost immediatly and a hairbrush, we have 21394893 tiny hairbrushes, having "Lumiere" "Coggsworth" and "Mrs. Potts" is much more fun! My daughter is a huge fan of Belle (especially with the series Once Upon A Time adding to it) but has been disappointed with may of the Belle's she has received in the past because they didn't appear 100% correct when compared to Beauty and the Beast or the most recent, because they all come with the ballroom gown. Specifically, shes been wanting a Belle in the blue and white peasant dress.After searching the web this is the only one I was able to find, but was still hesitant because I found the dress could be purchased separately. Yet, I took a gamble, and am I ever happy that I did. In the sale pic, Belle's face still doesn't 100% hold up to what has come to be expected from a young girl who loves this character. In person, it's the first that has ever been spot on. From the hair color to the eyes, everything can easily be compared to the original movie and meets the approval of a young fan with an extreme eye for detail.

My daughter Loves this doll and the 3 little characters that came with her. The dress is not very durable and the hair bow fell off almost immediately. We have owned her for 2 weeks and it is already torn in a few places. This is partially because the dress is not very easy for little hands to take on and off and my daughter loves to do that. The little characters are surprisingly well made. I thought they'd be very cheap and light, but they have a nice weight to them. Belle's legs and arms are posable and that is fun. Overall, I would make this purchase again. Just the right gift for my granddaugher who loves Princess Belle. It is well made and I am very pleased with the doll.
